We are thrilled to announce that our pop-up location at Elliot Stables has blossomed into a permanent fixture, and we couldn't be more excited about it! The overwhelming positive response from our amazing customers has been the driving force behind this decision. And guess what? We've also installed a fully functioning Soft Serve machine to sweeten the deal even further!
Currently, the flavour swirling inside the Soft Serve machine is none other than our delectable Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt. It's a taste that will transport you into a strawberry dream, leaving your taste buds craving for more with every delightful bite.
The journey to our Elliot Stables location has been nothing short of an adventure. In May 2023, we embarked on this new chapter, stepping into the unknown with the opening of our pop-up store. We were excited but admittedly a bit unsure about how it would fare. To our amazement, the response was beyond our wildest expectations, and we quickly realised that this spot was destined to be one of our forever homes.
The rush from the very beginning was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. We hustled and worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality, ensuring that we opened our doors just two weeks after signing the lease. It was a whirlwind of activity, and we couldn't have achieved it without the incredible support and dedication of our builders and team, who are the true superstars of this endeavour.
But what really captivated our hearts was the charm of Elliot Stables and its surroundings. The customers who graced our doors brought a unique vibrancy and energy that made every day a joy. Interacting with each of you, sharing stories, and witnessing the smiles on your faces as you enjoyed our treats was the highlight of our days.
As we reflect on the journey so far, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. We have been welcomed into the Elliot Stables community with open arms, and we feel humbled to have the opportunity to become a part of your lives, one pastry and coffee at a time.
